18ky & Sterling Rhutilated Quartz charm

This One-of-a-kind Charm features Cognac Diamonds set in 18ky gold, an 18ky ring and a bullet-charm of Rhutillated Quartz with threads of golden pyrite.  This charm works with a gold OR silver necklace and hangs from a small "beaded bale". It is stamped "only one" and measures  1.75 inches length by .50 in. wide.
