Mother-of Pearl Heart Charm, 18ky and blackened silver

This collectible one-of-a-kind Mother-of-Pearl Heart Charm measures approximately 1 1/8 inch wide by 1 inch long.  The additional 18ky chain makes a total length of 1.5 inches, hanging.  The MOP has tints of yellow and pink. The rim around the heart is blackened/oxodized sterling silver and the prongs, chain and back are 18ky gold.  Stamped:  "only one". SOLD.
